Chameleon International have been working with this global skin care company for the last 7 years and have since become their search partner of choice for senior hires across Supply Chain, Procurement, Operations and HR. They are an FMCG business, headquartered in Germany, with sixteen locations globally and large brands under their umbrella.

Initial assignments began with the company instructing Chameleon on three different searches that other suppliers had not been successful with – Head of Process Engineer, Global Continuous Improvement Manager, Global Category Manager. Chameleon filled all three positions and were then invited to tender for sole agency status across Supply Chain and Operations.
