Our in-depth process of capturing our customer's expectations, preferences and aversions; The Voice of Customer
Specifically, the Voice of the Customer produces a detailed set of customer wants and needs, organized into a hierarchical structure, and then prioritized in terms of relative importance and satisfaction with current alternatives.
Our studies consist of both qualitative and quantitative research steps and in addition to the graphical results shown we also ask our clients for their views on areas of improvement as well as which part of the recruitment process that is most important to them.
This survey, and the subsequent publishing of the results, allows Chameleon to fulfil two of our guiding principles — to be “open and honest at all times” and “to actively seek, listen to and act upon” the feedback we receive from our clients and candidates.
We realise that this is a continual process; therefore our website enables you to give honest feedback about the service you have received from Chameleon and the published results will change in real time. We will be transparent in publishing these results (good or bad!) because that is the best way we can ensure that our level of service continues to evolve and will raise the bar across our industry.
From our research , our clients value the following as the three most important aspects in any search:
Knowledge of functional expertise
Track record of previous success in similar positions
Understanding of company culture
